As each jumper is personalised with unique designs, colors, and prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.


2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a jumper with a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


3. Sizing & Design Confirmation 

 Customers are responsible for checking sizing and design details before ordering. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to ask before purchasing.


4. Care Instructions

We provide care guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jumper. Damage due to improper washing or wear and tear is not covered.
